Default massey 8570

I have a 8570 and I can not get it to quit splitting cobs or making small bits. spacing at 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 and rotor at 350. running 6 rotor knives. 2 round hole concaves in front with 5 regular ones behind. concaves, bars, etc. all look good. have always seemed to overthresh and load side of sieve even with delector all the way in. Any suggestions

On dry corn we open our concaves as far as they will go, and run the rotor at 300 or just under. Not sure what a round hole concave is, we run the corn concaves with every wire installed.
