I didn't really look too close. Since we quit growing worthless oats and itchy barley it hasn't been a problem. imo if they made it much bigger to lower the suction per square inch would easily solve the problem but that wouldn't be simple enough for a high paid engineer.

You know the conditions, going east was like traveling by the Braille System.
IFR also comes in handy for harvest

I have a friend I've flown with enough to know what that is, I was wondering who lost the most readers here, your IFR reference or my Braille System reference.

I bought one of Joe Green's 590R's and header and they are very nice looking machines if anyone is looking at a 590R. Made the switch from JD to Lexion and can't wait to try out this machine in the fall. Went from a class six and class 7 deere to this class 9. Should have the capacity to get it all harvested and will have way less money invested at the end of the day. And hopefully save on fuel, grain loss and labour too!

The Pro-Chop Is what is wrong it cuts the material way to fine and to get the spread that some of the customers need you have some draw backs... We had way more problems with the Pro-Chop then the Turbo Chops. Claas is looking into this issue but it was only a real problem in Canada southern states had different issues.

SASK540,

Where are you located? What dealership are you going to use?

They have a problems with Pro Chop in Europa too. I think Claas will never look into this issue.
We have some experience with an old choppers which had the Lexions 480 and 580 since 1995 years. Lots of users had too many troubles with it and Claas never look into it.

And the Massey Ferguson put a reversing fan on there Rad. It keeps them spotless in any condition. The air intake is also in this similar location... they been making class/any brand of combine for how long? And well Don has been using them longer then most... have these smart college educated engineers ever figured this out.
