Phoenix Harrow

Hey guys I had a customer buy a Phoenix Harrow in hopes of dealing with the trash left after last years snowed down wheat stubble.
It's the H-17 model and he would like a owners manual if any one has an idea where we could track one down.
It's a fairly simple unit only thing slightly confusing is the chain/drag system for the wings . More of a question of tension needed, and if he has to manually hook and unhook from transport to field every time?
Seems the company is out of business, google has not dug up anything if substance for him.

That should be just like mine, raise it, hydraulicly fold it, get off and tidy up the chains and go. Keep enough tension so it dont drag in transport. I think he will be disappointed trying to cure a trash problem with it, it wont plug but will just fluff it up. Mine works great after a tillage pass, i used it after a concord drill.
