Wish pit would rain here, hardly a drop since before Christmas. Mountains were 30% of normal snowpack so we are very short of water for irrigating here.

My territory goes from Vermilion - south - what a range of conditions. The recent rain/snow we got put the biggest smiles on the producers faces...we have been super dry in this area for the past 6 months or so. It seems like most everyone is seeding at some level...no one spraying yet thou. I am excited to see everyone out there chasing the snow geese out of their fields!!! Doesn't that fresh dirt smell so gooood!!!

Central Wisconsin wet too. Almost 10 inches since mid april. 4-5 inches tues and thurs night. Some of the corn that was planted in the area is either under water or in the road ditches. The first day the forecast says sun and no rain chance is a week out. So much for a record crop. Dont know of any beans in the ground yet. I'd guess corn planting maybe 20-30%.

It's still really dry in SE Missouri. Corn is all planted and hurting for rain. 80% of the rice is planted though very little is up. 10% of beans are planted. Cotton farmers are really shaking their heads due to no moisture in soil (cotton has to be planted shallow). We generally get our rains out of ark. and Tex. They blame this on la Nina. I hope their predictions for a cooler wetter summer ring true for those of us down south.

ONLY 1/4" and water standing everywhere.
Grass in yard is squishy soft when you walk on it.

The potholes were drier Apr 5, now have dried and reappeared for the third time!
Ditto Red green.
