Small overhead service door for new shop building

Planing a new shop to be built this Spring and want a small overhead side door to pull in service truck/ pickup/ UTVs, etc.

Does anyone have a smartphone controllable remote for their overhead ? LiftMaster makes a good residential model(3/4 HP,DC with battery back-up)..what about security concerns ?

This data would have to be communicated through an internet connection for each device. If you don't have internet in your shop or don't have good cell data coverage I wouldn't even think about it.

As far as security:

HaHaHa. Six seconds to break into garage but took over 2 minutes to watch video with crappy internet service.
I am not really very tech savvy but I don't know that I would trust a system running off my cell phone, still have a hard time trusting remote controls.

I think a keypad mounted on a post in the driveway at window Height would work at my place. Would be simple and only need to remember the code, not your phone or kilicker button.

The automatic doors are very useful for shops where big trucks have to enter in different intervals. There are lot of online services provide the automatic door information and free delivery as well.
