Arrow 1/64 Sask farming

I don't farm full time in real life, roads took me elsewhere, but I do farm in 1/64 scale in my basement.
I've spent over two years building this display and still have more work left than I want to add up right now but I have got it to the point where I can show it off.
It is a fictional farm called Whispering Hills based in central Saskatchewan that farms 10,000acres of small grains. Seeding is finished up and everything is waiting to be parked for the season while spraying and rolling are in full force.

Enjoy!

Part of what has taken me so long, aside from life outside toys, was the farms grain storage system, a 400,000bushel elevator.

The thing is huge, the main elevator is 24" long 18" high and 12.5" wide, counting the office 20" wide. Add in the drying complex the entire setup is 44" long. The final bill was almost double what I had planned.

redrider and chance2 like this.

I am speechless. What a great job! Good for you, right down to the drill press in the shop. Wow that is great talent. Thanks for the pics. Post more, would you? In one of the pics, it looks like a hedge in front of the house maybe? Do you have a whole farm overview pic?

I can not get over it. Good job!

Is that a Big Bud pulling the FlexiCoil 5000 drill? Cool stuff, thanks for showing it off.
