Anyone ever seen one of these?

John Deere Walking Tractor | John Deere MachineFinder

I have no idea how long they have been around. I just came across it on another forum. Pretty cool even if it is green.

Machines with legs always remind me of this.

Increase in Marketing > Increase in Yield > Increase in Land Base

Diverse crop rotation, increased residue retention and minimized tillage will increase yield and crop health more than anything we can spray or spread at litres or pounds per acre.

I'm pretty sure it was designed to harvest bogs or something like that in Europe somewhere. I saw a show at on point that featured it, it could sense when the ground was too soft and it would replace its leg in a different spot until it was on firm ground to walk. Pretty cool machine, but Deere didn't design, just bought out the company.
