Snow white Christmas!

Merry Christmas to all of ya! Hope all has been well and you had a great time with family and friends!

Who's getting pounded with snow?

We had all sorts of wild predictions and at Noon I was sure we had gotten pretty lucky.....

Yeah they were just a half a day off, getting pretty wicked around here with power lines as much as 3" in diameter with some wicked wind

Hope no one is stuck with any inlaws!

God Bless America

2" of fluffy snow is all we have gotten so far. Not much wind either so I guess we are pretty lucky.

About 1" of snow so far. Fairly windy at times though. Coming home from sister's place just now, there were starting to be some hard drifts.

Just a couple of inches here in the northern rrv near Winnipeg, fortunately they were calling for a major blizzard so the in laws bolted fight after dinner. Thanks santa!!! I owe ya. Just hope it's not going to be too much of heavy snow pack winter, some fields are going to need some serious work to get back into shape after being rutted bad taking late beans off.

It rained here today, and I mean rained... With lightning and thunder added in. Now it is very windy, and what didn't blow dry from wind is going to be froze solid in the morning, so glad I don't have to travel. Went to the in-laws Friday and came back yesterday evening before anything hit, at least mine are the good in-laws...

My phone has lit up more than the Christmas tree the past couple days with weather warnings: heavy fog, freezing rain, wind, ice...

Near zero visibility here near Brandon. #1 highway was still open a couple of hours ago and snow was drifting right across. With the wind it is hard to judge how much snow we've had but its plenty. Stay home...

got close to a foot here. Just when it was getting close to being able to combine again, in fact there was a combine going by Bentley a few days ago. I think we're done till spring now.

Great snowmobiling weather though. except I piled up my chaincase Christmas even night, kids new one fouled the plugs at same time and won't start, down to one left. A very beautiful white Christmas here.
