whereabouts are you located in Montana? I am currently in Fairfield, just doing custom haying. I have worked for JG Stoltz. Inc. in Pendroy/Valier MT in the past, performing all the tasks required of you, just without all of todays technology. What does a position like the one you described pay for a good hand. I think you mentioned this but do you offer benefits also. Just curious, but is there a shortage of good workers in Montana? Would you offer housing to your worker if they were from out of state? I am just curious, I was looking to make a move at one time to the west and never connected with the right family farm. I was just curious.
