It could be a pluged pickup fuel line in your fuel tank, I'v had it cause the same problems you have, & after awhile it would run

Have a 2510 JD with same problem. Trying clipping wooden clothes pins
to gas line before fuel pump. 3 or 4 pins on should help.
Worked the my tractor. The pins dissipates the heat.
