I have replaced the dipping relay but have not solved my problem.
My unload auger quits several times/dump. It is heat related. I can reduce the problem by running the cab cooler, and leaving the cover off the electrical compartment beside the seat. I have checked my grounds in that area and all are clean and tight. The monitor on the A-post thinks its running when it has quit. I click the button to turn it off, then hit it again and it starts, runs a few seconds, the shuts off again. Any ideas??? |

Subscribed. We kinda have same problem with our 2188. Push button sometimes arger comes on, other times it dont, but it will light up dash light everytime, and always shuts off. I have tried switching relays around and doesnt change anything. I was thinking it was maybe the soleniod that controls the hydraulic cylinder?

It may not even be related to your problem, but I would look. When auger is in parked position it pushes a switch to cut off the auger, it may be faulty or bad connection. I think the power routes through that switch?
