Set in the new cab, changed a few things. Took the midde storage out behind the seat and moved the front window forward, can get legs stretched out. New lights, changed switches, and how the monitor is mounted, also changed the stearing columon. Also added cooler under the seat, just what we all needed. Best changed by far was the leg room

They already had the best cab on the market. IMO
Nobody even came close. Not sure how they could make it any better.

Why is every one so hung up on fridges guess never spent 18 hours straight in a combine. Silly me I like my waters and my sandwitch cold without having to have a water jug and cooler in the cab. Whats wrong with modern conveniences guess i'm crazy for wanting to run a s690 rather than a 6620. Would of used case numbers but don't know any of the old ones.

I got three of the new 9230's at the dealer right now. Pretty excited about the unload system, hoping it can actually save a person a cart in canola and wheat with the fast unload.
I wish they would redesign a way too put direct canola into the hopper like the lexion does instead of it hitting the sieve. Most is shelled at the auger and doesn't need too be overloading the system. I also heard two years is the major change.
Overall a good machine, can be better but they have made strides with the air cleaner which was its number one sucking point!!!

Um, pardon the expression?

Being honest may not get you a lot of friends but it'll will always get you the right ones.

Let's fix the feeder chain problem before we fix the cab. A new cab doesn't do a bit of good if it eats a feeder chain. My 8230 made it 195hrs. Before eating a feeder slat and recieving a new rotor transplant
