Default CR in wet straw & tough grain

During the 2011 harvest the Yorkton NH dealer brought out a CX 8080 for us to demo. it was running with our JD 9870 & 9600. The CX didn't match the ground speed of the 9870 but it ran around the 9600, had a very clean sample and worked great in the tough wheat and barley. I wish though it would have been a CR 9080 to compare with the deere. What experience do any of you have with tough straw and the CR twin rotor? last twin rotor we had was a TR70 and it wasn't as good as our NH 1400.

Why would your dealer send out a coventinal against a rotor? Especially the mid sized 8080?

You probly would of signed on the 9080 after its performance.
