on my concave side doors, the latch rod has broke this year, and at same time there seems to be a hesitaion of material on concaves and then a slug will go thru. head is feeding evenly. am thinking cylinder bars are worn, but they dont look very bad. machine hours are 1700, leading bar on each rotor replaced before i purchased machine. has round bar concave. have seen a few other combines with concave side doors beat up on outside ou machine. what is wrong with my combine.

Have you had the concaves out? There is a 1" stub pin that the inside of the concaves slide on to. On my TR99 this pin broke loose on the weld causing no support for the inside front corner of the concave. Wondering if you might have the same issue.

It would probably be a good idea to remove the feeder house and check the infeed plate and the cast diverters in front of the rotor. If pieces of these parts are missing it will not feed evenly. Worn rasp bars also will cause you headaches.
