Interesting, I have checked out on the Massey section several tractors and combines, and they are 10% or more lower priced than competition. Could not find a side-hill MF though to compare with a Hillco Deere. I guess they are not selling the side hill model in the US.

This is great. Its amazing, 5 years ago, when I bought my tractor, was 30,000 less. I wonder if this increase is all just due to the emission requirements. Maybe dealer can give you a better price.

Nice to see that Agco is starting to catch up in another area although i tried to build a combine and head and its not working, maybe have to try back later, anyone else tried and have it configure a combine.

Yeah just worked again for me. You have to click 'yes' when the security window pops up otherwise it won't workey. New bare bones corn version of MF 9695 $271,537, whereas new bare bones competor corn version JD 9670 $307,520 and new bare bones super 67 was real close to the Deere. So, the MF are around 10% cheaper on published list prices anyway.

List prices are interesting but of little use when you get down to the nitty gritty.

Well just be careful when you compare....for example the Gleaner really is "base" where Deere includes a number of standard items in their "base" machine that are not included with the Gleaner but CAN be order-deleted and lower the price significantly. For example ProDrive transmission. Those big-ticket items raise the price pretty fast, and if deleted the "base" price is less.

But there is no denying that other brands are cheaper.
