Just wondering if there is any Trimble installation guys on here?
Question is: If we order a Case sprayer "Accu Guide Ready" does the Trimble stuff hook in without cutting wires?
We are looking at The FMX monitor, and accuboom.
Also probably going with the Norac boom Leveller.
My Trimble guy is not the Case sprayer sales guys, and their concern was, would the Trimble guy have to cut wires?
I figure Trimble has plug in harnesses that are specific to the model of sprayer.
Thanks for any input you can give me.

Why don't you use the Pro 600 as the sprayer control system and the guidance display. It can't run the Norac system; is that a dealbreaker?

I really don't know. I asked our sales guy about it, and apperantly do not install it in the sprayers. Why not, I am not sure.
Oh I remember. because they bleed Raven. All the way.

I am installing an Easy Guide 500 for RTK in a new CNH sprayer tomorrow .Only for steering. They will be using a Viper for everything else.

Personally I would recommend the Pro 600 as well- It runs the accu-guide steering(trimble auto-pilot), the raven flow control program, accu-boom as well as auto-boom out of one monitor and can be ordered from the factory with everything installed.

I am not goint to argue with you about the 600. But I have heard negative comments about them from guys.
So who actually makes the 600? Is it a Trimble based, or Case?
I am more comfortable with Trimble oe Raven, for the fact that they have been in the business since 1978.
And I am now getting the Viper Pro in my 3330. And it runs everything as well.

The 600 is Trimble based with Case proprietary software.

The Viper Pro is a fantastic monitor as well, but have had quite a few problems with the smartrax controllers (which you have to get since the Viper doesn't control the steering (Viper is only the light bar for it). The 600 has the Trimble steering which in my opinion is a much better steering system. Have sold more trimble steering systems compared to Raven (which we sell as well) and have had fewer problems with the Trimble than Raven. The Raven System has the best flow control products on the market though, but the program in the Pro 600 is a Raven program.(as well as the Accu-Boom and Auto-boom)
