Ugly, that an early or late season frost? I just don’t expect to hear Ozzies ever
mention frost.

That would only be 30 t/hr, well below a 9T’s capability.
Was it a 9T?

Late frost. Just after head emergence. Frost can be a big issue at times. Iíve dropped leases on a lot of land that is too susceptible.

It was an ideal 8 and yes well below itís capability but the reality of harvesting in this area is that we rarely can go fast enough to fill the big machines and yet every replacement machine seems to be next model up.

2 dealers somewhat close. Wsb and farmers center.

Contract spraying going really well. Increasing each year.

Not had multiperil insurance. Would have made the last 18 months a lot easier if I did.

No rain here yet. Only a dust settler on Monday. Doesn’t really help here at the years start anyway unless it’s at least over 30mm. That can save one water on the cotton.............

Have a crop assessor mate in the Wimmera and he was flat out doing multi peril around Wimmera, Mallee and into SA last year.
I don’t know nothin about it, but it sounded like heaps of claims in 2018.

Anyways hopefully I can stick my head under the covers of one of these Ideals this year. Curious about the drives and stuff under there Love to know how it can handle
8-9 t/ha Durum...........

Square box........
Round pizza.......
Triangle pieces....

Scroll down to the specs, page 20
https://www.fendt.com/int/geneva-ass...1801-en-v1.pdf
Then explain to me why the wide range of hp ratings
Example a 9 is 483/647

Ah, Gold star, thanks!
Missed that, NA units are listed @ rated rpm and max hp, a 780 for example
Is 583/617 but both hp. I’ll guess Fendt is just the max?
Interesting.
