Gleaner 9250 header

Will a Gleaner 9250 header from a S67 combine fit on a Massey 9795 ?

I think yes, but I'm not sure if the electrical crap is all the same. Mechanically I think the feeder opening can be enlarged to fit the MF.

I thought there might be a conversion kit. Maybe not. Electrically you should be ok. I know the 8200 heads had a conversion kit. Just go on AgcoParts.com and look up the 9250 part number(s). Make sure you read all the reviews on here and Ag talk on the 9250 and what to check over. A lot of folks really like them but some have switched to Macdon because of some issues.

ours has been a really good header, a few issues though, the first models they made had a bad angle where the plates ride on the ground. causes uneven wear on the back edges of the skid plates and doesnt cut very low, 1.5-2". make sure you check the frame behind the wear plates. Also we have had major electrical issues with the AHHC and the 0-5v rheostats that detect the ground height, it took us 4 years to get it to work properly on our r65.

Electrical is basically the same on all AGCO combines 2003-->up They've added a few functions over the years is about all. The 9x95 series have the ability to display the flex pressure on the screen in the cab, the S series they add a big ole pressure gauge to the head.
