I think they do. It has a blanked off area at the throat.
I'm totally unbiased on the headers but it has been better than I expected. We don't need flex here and I got it cheap

There is a plate and extra flighting that go in for the Gleaner, and the receiver mount on the top gets moved to a different hole. Maybe a longer drive shaft? other than that its the same one point connection. Should take more than an couple of hours at most to switch from gleaner to massey and back.
