If you are over loading the top sieve you need to put filler plates in the rotor grates. It also helps to decrease the threshing by dropping the cylinder speed and increasing concave clearance. How many sets of filler plates are you running?

I am running the factory electric covers and there are two sets and both are closed.

Cylinder 450 rpm
Rotors 550 rpm
Concave 25mm
Tm6 top sieve 8mm
Bottom 1mm
Feeder house at 350 rpm
APS plates open

Top sieve is loaded with wet green bits of mustard stalks. Yet I'm getting a few ripe pods in the hopper that are not threshed.
