Lexion 595

My new to my 595 has been going great but keeps saying rotor module and sieve module failure. First ten minutes of the day it works fine then wonít work or display sieve settings or adjust then even from the rear controls. Then it works again the next day for ten minutes or so. Iíve checked and cleaned the connections but no luck. Is it time to buy new modules. Any help welcome. Thx

I’ve seen that before on the sieves. I believe you need a module. It happened to me at the end of the year and we ended up trading off the machine so I don’t know for sure. I was gonna try taking the module apart and seeing if something just came loose in the box but I never got to that

Yeah time for a new module. Typical symptoms.

I am not sure but can a guy swap the two modules at the back to help rule out if this is the problem? With your 595 make sure you grease the two track pivot on each side daily just below the rock trap along with the rotor bearings.
