swathmaster drapers tracking sideways!!!

why are my drapers tracking sideways on a swathmaster pickup head? Has anyone else had this problem? How did you stop it from happening?

it happens mostly in canola, but sometimes in cereals too

Rollers square to one another, with proper tension?

yes all squared up. Im sure it has to do with trash caking on the rollers....I cleaned it all out the last two days and its been better but still wants to happen . I have tension set fairly loose right now to see if that helps trash from caking, and it seems a bit better.
Have had this happen on two different pickups
