Looking to buy one. All I know about macdon headers is from a 36' 962 which I bought used and has treated me quite well.

What do I look at before I buy so I don't have so many problems after I buy?

Seem to be lots of them around here. This one is a 35'. Is it necessary to have a cross auger for peas or straight cutting canola?

Thanks!
Are your cross augers full width of the header?
