Draper Heads in Pulse Crops

Just wondering if anyone out there has ran a 2062 in low growing pulse crops. We cut garbonzo beans, lentils, and dry peas and hoping this would work great.

Also does anyone know about a standing grains auto height system for this header on an 8010. Thanks

Re: Draper Heads in Pulse Crops

Yeah they work fantastic. It helps if you have an upper cross auger to feed peas, lentils, etc into the adapter. Make sure your float optimiser works and it will be fine. Floats up over ridges and old fence lines very well.
