I've been using my Libra for the past 4 seasons on a J&M810 cart with my Samsung Tablet running an Android operating system. Works perfect. Zero trouble using the Android tablet in the cart tractor and I also use my Iphone from the combine on remote mode. The only glitch we've ever come across is when we've hit a bump in the field and dislodged the battery in the Ifarm/Libra device on the cart which causes total signal loss until you take the cover off and re-position the battery. With this Apple or Android wouldn't matter.
There is no difference between the two screens when using the Ifarm app. The system has been deadly accurate (99.3-99.7%) when comparing to a legal scale. Couldn't be happier, wouldn't be without it, and certainly wouldn't buy a Ipad if you already own an Android tablet. When I bought mine Agrimatics did tell me they would release software for the Apple products first when there were updates, but to be honest they very very rarely release new updates as their design has ran so well but it seemed like the 1 or 2 times there has been updates in the past 4 years, they both showed up at approximately the same time on my devices.
