Dijistar 210 scale erractic

Have a 210 scale on a Brent cart. When the product is on cart the weight goes up by 20 lbs until the scale says overloaded. For example if u have 2000 lbs on it will go 2020,2040,2060 and so on every second or so it goes up 20 lbs.

On your cart there should be a little white sealed box that all the load cells tie into a single board that then goes to your monitor. open it up and look for a loose connection on one of the wires and set screws in there, pull on and wiggle the wires and tighten all the screws you can. Had the same thing happen on my J&M last year and that's what it was, one wire was loose and erratically making connections and not getting proper voltage and messing with the read out. If not that could be a load cell, likely the one in the hitch, but you wont know till you change it unfortunately.

To single out a weigh bar you can unhook one set of wires in that box to see when the erratic readings stop. Unhook the hitch first and try it. If it still is erratic hook it up and move to another weigh bar so on and so forth.
