Main gear box high temperature

I have a fr9060 and has problem with high temperature in the main gearbox what can cause this issue and which is the normal temperature of the main gearbox

Could be a tight bearing. Also seen to much oil in a gear case can cause it to over heat. Is there an oil cooler that could be plugged. Wrong grade of oil maybe. I had a fan drive for an air bar on a flex head that would boil the oil because it was running too fast. Made a custom fan to move air past it and keep dust from collecting and made a ton of difference. Too hot will cook the seals.
