Interesting. While this isn't new technology by any means, it is the first I've heard of this company, which hails from Italy I believe.
Take a look at the 2nd video posted, right at around the 10 second mark. You'll notice all of the heads gathering on their catch pans. Once those pans get full, you'll either have to stop and tilt the header back to clear the pans or get out of the combine and clean them yourself if they become too plugged. I'd also question its performance should the crop become downed or layed over.
This design of head has been manufactured for quite some time, it sells mainly on price point alone. Parts and service would be a question I have as well.
