1820 Transport Height

My 61’ Jd 1820 is very tall on transport. Like 18’6”. The openers are like a foot off the ground in transport. Is there a way to look out the transport wheels maybe half extended?
Someone with an 1830 said they could lower their drill on the road if going under a power line. I don’t think I can on the 1820.

Anyone have any insight?
