Case 4800 vibrashank two wheel hydraulic rams won’t hold pressure.

Centre and wing wheel lift hydraulic rams on the same side won’t hold. You lift all the way up and as soon as you let lever off they both start to drop. Took apart both cylinders and seal/barrel are good. Used to lift even, now lifts the good side first then lifts the side that’s dropping. Lifted the thing all the way up the unhooked hydraulic hoses to rule out the tractor. Same 2 cylinders lower.

Any ideas what the issue might be would appreciated. Thanks.
