Rock Hard Gypsum and Lime Piles

I had to leave piles of lime and gypsum out, and they turned into 25 ton rocks. They seem to be a frozen and a little solidified. I've got them covered in black tarp to try to warm them up. Has anyone got solution to get them broke apart. I would like to spread them asap.

Barn
Have access to any heavy equipment with tracks...??
A big excavator that you could break into lumps and drive over may be an option....

I've got 930H loader, but I don't have anything with tracks. These piles are solid. I'm hoping warming them up will help.
