I don't run Hypro nozzle but the Teejets that I do run are made from the same material as far as I know. I change them annually (60,000 acres +-)

5,000 acres is pretty low unless your running a really abrasive chemical your good but you should do a flow check on the nozzles I used to change them every year and bought a nozzle flow checker and I can go 3-4 years on one set of nozzles best $100 dollars I ever spent on the farm

A decent rough interval could be ~50,000-60,000 acres sprayed. Stainless and ceramic can last longer (often up to that 100,000+ acres with good clean water, less wettable powders that weren't soaked long enough before mixing, etc.)

Best way to check is to calibrate a handful on each section to check your flow rate. If you flow rate is out 10%, it is time to replace them.

If your flow rate is wonky across the section(s), then your tips are un-evenly worn, which means its time to best replace them as well.

If the flow rate is out consistently (lets say 8% across each section across the boom), then they are good, unless the pattern is worn and wonky.
