Bonjour a tous !

Hello , as you see , I'm french so please excuse me when my english isn't good.
I m a farmer , in north east of france , I grow winter wheat, winter barley and spring barley, rapeseed, green lentils, spelled, rye, buckwheat, proteaginous peas. We also have a little shop at the farm to sell our product (mainly flour) . I do 260ha with my equipment which is 2 tractor fendt (200 & 165cv) 1 combine NH CR9060 , 1 sprayer Artec RS20, 1 new seeder Weaving is coming in june.
I m interesting in soil conservation , and Agopengps (the main reason for my presence here) . I hope I can find all the help I need here , and share my experience with those who wish it. I am open to all threads of discussion, I think that knowledge sharing, and the debate of ideas are the best things.

So who do you sell your flour to. Is it sold direct to the consumer, or do you sell it through grocery stores.

How many government regulations are there on your flour mill? How many government people have to inspect it and how often?
