Maple Peas I dont know much about them as theyre not really grown around here. Just seem to turn up from time to time as weeds in my yellow peas.

Maple peas. You will know for sure if they are flat on the ground just before harvest.

Silage peas but if taken to seed can result in being painted to the ground.
Would like to think that this is a newer, hopefully strong strawed variety.

Iíve also seen the field referred to, white and purple flower peas side by side, kinda pretty.

Austrian winters, Dunn peas, Maple peas, 4010s and Marrowfats all will flower purple.

Duns stand as well or better than any yellow I've grown. Some maples are supposed to stand decent. The rest aren't great at all. Much better in an intercrop.
