Tractor import

Just bought a tractor in Minnesota off of auction time and received an invoice for it from an auction company and they have added sales tax to the total. Brought an air cart from North Dakota a month ago and paid nothing as regards taxes. Is this different from state to state and should I have to pay this. Thanks.

Should be tax exempt. Here we get a form to fill out. No state should be collecting sales tax if the dealer is doing their job.

Should be a simple form if anything - varies form state to state.
