Is that for your area? If so I should hit -10!!! lol Maybe won't bother much with spraying then?? So what has happened with the prediction of a record hot summer? This week has most days with mid to higher 20's, but the week after doesn't break 20, I don't put much faith in a 2 day forecast, and less in the 14 day, but come on, at least put a nice day in there somewhere to keep a guys spirits up!

Yea... they keep moving the rain 3 days out... I'm guessing that look at the full moon thing should be wearing thin by the 16th. Latest I've lost crop to frost here was June 7 and that was buckwheat just emerging. There is some reseeding going on here between Wed's frost and the flea beetles. I was hoping my late seeding would save me, but the neighbor has some canola just poking through the ground and he thinks he might have to reseed some of it due to bugs. Doesn't look like the bees have anything to worry about with these products.

That's for Killarney, but it's also a weekend forecast and 14 days out. I should have put it in the joke thread where pretty much every forecast belongs.

I heard it actually froze in Eastern Manitoba last night though.

Ya, any forecast more than 4 days out is a crap shoot. The short term forecast from these guys you can watch the environment Canada weather radar and see the system roll through the areas where the moisture is predicted. The 4-5 day forecast is dodgey and hasn't been right yet the last 4 weeks but heres hoping. If these maps show rain 1 or 2 days out it is best to plan your work accordingly.

Was about 2 degrees here and my brother said Minnedosa was 1 degree, never heard of frost anywhere.

I’m south of Winnipeg and went down to minus 1. Frost on roof tops again for the second time in a week. Makes you glad beans are struggling to come thru the dry soil with temperatures below freezing at times.
