I use the air-weigh scale on my truck, so I don't know exact pressure on the truck (pressures will vary between trucks anyways). On a 99 379 Pete that I used for a while, I loaded to 65 lbs according to the gauge in the truck, then load the trailer to 58 lbs. The truck would be around 80 lbs or a little better. This will get you to primary weight (24000 kg on the trailer).

I load to 50-51lbs on the trailer for secondary weights (20000 kg).

I load in between hoops 1 and 2 at the front (not right at the front), and then move just barely into the back hopper so that when it is full it runs into the middle hopper. Let it pile up and back up as the piles form. For good heavy wheat or durum, it takes as little as the 1 pile in the back to get to secondary weights, and backing up once to get to primary.

    Sorry for the late reply.

As I clicked send, I thought I probably had you confused with snipe. I'll bug him then.

Used Express and Express PRO on it, as well as higher rates of glyphosate. Had a real bad field this year and went in with an express pro burnoff and it really smoked it. Looks like a little bit germinated in some of the cool wet weather (wherever did that come from!), but the crop (durum) really out competed it. I just wish that we had a good, cheap option that wasn't a group 2. Heat sounded interesting, but a lot of hassle for mixing, and no one in the area tried it at all.

Tried cleanstart. Worked good, then the NLHB bolted right out of the brown and black rosette and still made a pretty field of yellow flowers. I think that once (if) we get back to the normal years, we won't have these flushing problems with winter annuals and a burnoff will be all that is needed. I hope.

No, I think that was Snipe. Have never tried Curtail M.

I think you said you had some cereals sprayed with Curtail M that you were going to check for NLHB on. Did you ever get a chance to have a look?
