2009 versatile 375 weight

Hey Guys, Was wondering how much weight can you add to a versatile 375. Having trouble with traction climbing hills, any help would be greatly appreciated.

On my 9682 ford i have a 2000lbs pound rack on the front and a 2000lbs rack on the back. I think its weighted correct i am in the 3mph gears to have it spin out on hills. 710r38 on it. Also when i got weights agco makes them for all brands of tractors the same shape as factory but they were a third less cost than versatile. But they are grey.
