We seemed to crack more canola on our cx the more it returned. Opening the concave or slowing down cyl made it worse in lots of conditions. Really dry seeds were the exception (8 moisture and under)

It’s a lot easier to open concave then use the slug wrench unless it’s packed so tight the concave won’t open.
