Rasp bar replacement tr98

Hello everyone,
Got a NH TR 98 that needs rasp bars replaced. Can you replace them without pulling the rotors out? Was told that they have to be balanced at the same time.Seems like they would be balanced perfectly if you replaced them all at the same time but I am not sure!! Just would like some input from someone who has done this and what they experienced. Combine has 1900 separator hours on . I noticed that it is not getting all the corn off of the cobs .Thanks!!

Best to yank them. Replace everything on them, weld up the front augers (hard surface) and usual wear spots, the elephant ears, spikes, replace the rear bushing as well. Chrome rub bars in front circle, and normal on the back 2.

Then yup properly balanced.

Edit: and put in a nylon feeder chain, replace sprockets
