S78 cut height

How do I set the cut height so it is fairly close. Right now it will show me at 3 inches when I am all of a foot or more off the ground. Do I do that through the overhead display in the set up where you can set the min and max for height? I tried that last year and it didn't seem to help. I have heard also that you can put the header down and then press and hold on the cut height button the overhead and when I do that all I get is errors. Another thing is I couldn't get my return to cut height to work lastnight I don't know if that's related to the height being that far off or not.

Try going to the spanner part of the screen and see if the voltages for height are within the correct parameters. If the potentiometers are not set right you will get errors.

I was able to get the cut height to read right on the 2100 but it appears to lose it if you shut it off. I will see today when I start it up if I have to set it again. After I got it to show a height the return to cut height feature worked.
