Filesize limit on PDFs

Just curious, is there any reason why PDFs would be limited to 20kb?

That is pretty darn small for a pdf. I had put together a guide for a few guys and can't even host the 1.35MB file (it has a few pictures in it) on the forums.

I could just host it in .jpg pictures (only a few pages), but that seems kind of overkill for what should be pretty easy.

I have also ran into this problem!
Does anyone know of a way to make PDF files smaller??
