Hi there. I am looking into starting a malting plant and would like to dry the wet malt with a biomass burner. It would require around 800,000btu per hour for 20 hours. I would also like to be able to use the system to dry grain in the fall and possible use it to heat a shop and a couple houses if the price of natural increases in the future. Thank you for taking the time to post your boiler on here. I was wondering about using a vac truck tank (the rear door opens wide (6.2 feet) on hydraulics and I would be interested in leaving the tank on the frame so I could still use the hoist to empty out the ashes (build a hitch on the front to move). Would a water jacket be an absolute must and the tank will warp out of shape without one? Was planning to cover the ceiling of the tank in pipes that I could circulate the glycol through. Stupid idea or could it actually work?

    Hi doorkiller,
We are trying to get the Kirovets 428hp tractor re-established in USA/Canada.
Therefore, we are looking for launch customers in several key areas.
    The factory authorized us to offer an E X T R E M E L Y good price/lease deal for those few initial customers.
The deal would also include power train warranty up to 8,000 hours (!) / 5 years.
    In exchange:
    1) Assuming you are happy with the tractor(s), we will ask for your testimonial and permission to provide your name as a reference to other farmers.
    2) Terms and conditions of your deal must remain confidential.

If you are in the market for a new Tier 3 (no DEF) tractor and could be interested, please email me to aprilik[at]mtzequipment[dot]com with your contact information.

PS We are also organizing a trip to the factory in St. Petersburg Russia - if you're interested.
