We've got an 07 Rogator 1286C that had the Viper II in it but it kicked the bucket so we put a Viper Pro in it. The Viper pro does not seem to want to control the rate or the boom sections. Have tried several Raven dealers but either nobody knows anything about anything or they just aren't interested in helping. Anybody have any ideas or know of someone who would?

May have to update the software on the nodes, think you can do this with the viper pro and a flash drive

This might help, if you did not receive with your Viper Pro. Towards end is all the setting.
