It always seems to generate some interest when I post over here, so I keep doing it.
Doing a Fuel & Service bed was one of the first things I wanted to do when I started looking into 3D printing, then I started seeing what it could do so I wanted to push the norm a bit and see if I could get the doors to open also to add a bit of realism. The good new is it WORKED!
Each side, along with doors in printed in high detail so it is printed in a single piece with movable parts. I increased the tolerances in the doors a little bit after getting my first pieces just to make painting easier. You do still have to paint in light coats though.
It is a really easy kit to assembly, just glue the sides on an paint.
