I am planning to look at a 1986 1640 combine - has specialty rotor, stone trap, and 3151 engine hours.
This will be my first axial flow combine and I am wondering what I should watch out for when I see this machine. Any cautions about such a machine?

Does this model have electronic sensors for head control?

Thanks

good little combine. ck for any final drive leaks and dont put on a bin ext it can cause FD failures
An 86 model will have a 466 iH eng add a turbo and you have a 1660 eng Yes it has electric header control.
