I run a harvestec chopping corn head on my 2366 and have no trouble with power. Love the corn head. But when it got muddy we turned up the pump needed the extra hp. In dry conditions you wouldn't have any troubles. I used to run a 1660, great machine. You might have to turn it up but that won't hurt nothing. If any thing you might have to slow down when unloading on the go.

Anyone run a 6 row 30" chopping cornhead on a 1660? Worried about being short on power, we unload on the go, run about 4 mph, and our corn runs 180-220 bu. Looking at a geringhoff as the most likely purchase.
