:-[the feeder housing switch when switch on does not always make the unit come on. The feeder light and alarm sound when it is switched on, i have bypass the seat sensor and pushed on the top of relays that has not helped, leave the combine and come back and switch it two times and it will turn on them quit again. It is like a intermittant problem. I have had the unit running parked it 2-days later go to start it and won't turn on.

Try replacing the auto feeder cut off relay in the RH side panel of the cab, it can cause the problem you describe. Also at the the batterys there is a single 12 or 14 gauge wire that sends clean power to the cab and to your feeder switch. Ck the voltage at that wire if it is less than 12v clean the connection or move the wire to the positive post on the starter. Answer back what you find.

Make sure you check the ground wires behind the rf access panel, If these are loose or he nut is missing it can cause these problems

Good Luck Bryon
