I presume you were picking up swaths.Have you got the updated feeder drives ( 2 belt ) on your machine and it also has a 10% difference between 2 chains. My S67 loved canola, but then there was a Fellow with a S77 here having issues. So is it a front feeding issue? Dan Hurtt has spoke about this before.

looks like your picture is the best gleaner in canola
When I got my 67 the front chain slats were not sticking out past the lateral tilt frame and I had to add links. I also had top and bottom floors in the front feeder. I'm only trying to come up with differences between my machine and others. As I said it was great in canola and last year I had big 40' windrows
Are you using a different head in canola to your other crops?
If so maybe that's the problem

First the 4200 needs to be modified to bring straw beyond side of feeder slats just like we did with all the Gleaner built heads. Second as long as you have chains set to no more than 4.9" length you need to speed year chain to 500 rpm. This is done by hooking up corn variable and setting the speed. You can go to 600 per Gleaner guide. This will not sort out a bad swather job but you will be able to cruise very well.
False floor good and should have one in rear or at least anti bow up skid. Get the square corners out of front feed witch are still in there. Install the hinged floor between front and rear. Give us a third feeder speed for canola if stream lining doesn't do the whole trick. Every thing is in place now but a little more refining at factory level would solve this once and for all. But as allways this all start at the header and they need to be right no matter what is done to feeder

I'm looking forward in going into canola and compare combines, last fall my R62 went down real bad when I was in canola. Always had a problem with the front feeder house feeding issues in green canola stems. So when the R62 was out of commisioned I rented a older R72 , the front feeder chain is out a little further then the 62 and the whole floor of the front feeder house had been pulled out from previous owner. Didn't know how that was going to work but went at it anyways. Worked like a charm ! Put a hundred hours on it without any issues at all . Ended up buying the combine as a backup. So as you can read, I,m looking forward in comparing them this fall, if that 72 outshines the 62 in feeding the canola,well, you know what i'm going to do.
