Hi guys I have a 2130 tank and I have a heck of a time getting accurate rate on small seeds. Canola is all over the place but always been plus minus 1 pound of desired rate. I lived with that but with innoculant it's dosnt meter really at all. New lid new seal. No leaks on tank I can detect. I'm guessing its a pressure issue. Dual pressurization valve is set correctly. Any thoughts?

Make sure the pressurization valve isn't plugged up. Had that happen on ours caused all kinds of weird trouble with rates. We never dual shooted with it so just took insides out of valve and was good from then on.

If your tank pressurization hose is working it shouldn't have any effect and in theory shouldn't have any air coming back up through the auger only time that should happen is if your tank isn't being pressurized properly. You should hear tank pop not long after you turn fan on indicating that it is working properly.

What speed are you running your fan at? Sometimes a little extra fan speed on canola will throw off rates especially if you aren't putting any fertilizer with it. It's a crap shoot too slow you plug to fast it over pressures the tank and sucks the canola out.

Bridging is my guess too. Empty it out and put in 50lbs and see if that works. Open the lid just after shutting fan off and you will notice the pressure by the lid popping open(then rule that out). Make sure you can turn the auger by hand too.
